I saw a post from Faith Eden with Beautiful Ashes Homeless Ministries asking for plastic grocery bags be sent to create crochet mats for people to lay on and keep dry. Instead of bags I sent hats, mittens, scarves, socks etc that I have hand knit and held on to give as gifts. Since I didn't get an abundance of grandchildren I have lots that needed a home. I gathered up my stash and mailed them out to Beautiful Ashes Homeless Ministries c/o Faith Eden, 7 Mountain Laurel Dr, Arden North Carolina 28704 They are still looking for bags if you would like to send some to them. Please help if you can.
